Becoming confident in every, or any areas in your life could seem impossible, or challenging, but the truth is that your brain only serves you what you ask for.

When you tell yourself “I can’t do this”, or “this is too difficult” or “this can never be possible” or “I am not capable” etc, your brain immediately gets your signal (your request) and immediately, it gets to work to make sure it satisfies you with everything you requested.

Have you ever told yourself “ I don’t think I’ll make it because I’m not ready” before going in to take a test, an exam, a job interview? In other words have you ever failed yourself, or given up even before trying? What was the outcome?

When you discourage yourself in anything want to do, you automatically tell your brain to provide you with evidence to back up your lies or beliefs. This is why when you get the result you anticipated, you become convinced that you were right after all, which of course is a lie, all you did was to program your mind to fail ahead of time.

  6. Always be around people who escalate and bring your value/worth/vision/passion/potential to a whole new level of success.

  10. Always remember you are amazing in your uniqueness.
